Innovation
Tracy helps ensure our products are delivered to our customers on time. This is particularly challenging given the size and sensitive nature of our equipment. Recently, Tracy went the extra mile to minimize costs associated with late delivery by making incremental improvements to shorten the scheduling and shipment processes.

Customers
Gean is a Production Team Leader in our Grid Solutions business. His site designs and manufactures high voltage products to measure, switch, isolate and improve network stability and expects to increase power quality and reliability. Along with his team, Gean meets monthly with internal customers to solicit ongoing feedback and opportunities for improvement on the output of their production line.

Lean
Marco works cross-functionally with our Design, Sourcing, Services, Warranty and other disciplines to ensure the quality of our onshore wind turbines. By applying Lean methodology, Marco and the team can more quickly identify the root cause and determine the optimal solution to yield improvements in supply chain and reduced maintenance costs. Originally from Italy, he is based in Barcelona, Spain.

Doreen is a radiation protection technician at our Wilmington, North Carolina services site. She provides radiological, engineering and operational support - identifying and taking accountability for solutions that enable process and safety enhancements.

Accountable
Megi is part of the Solar & Storage Solutions commercial team who recently prepared a business case to enter a new market. As a result of their focus and accountability, Solar & Storage Solutions is now a leader in photo voltaic power plants in the market with a total orders plan of more than $500m.
