Who We Are

GE Gas Power engineers cleaner, more accessible energy that people depend on, powering growth and prosperity everywhere.

The world is changing, and GE Gas Power is changing with it. Today, 1.2 billion people lack access to reliable power. In 2015 alone, the largest source of electricity generation in the U.S. was fueled by gas—and  25% of power added in the next decade will be gas power. GE is re-emerging from our recent challenging business cycle with a mission to engineer cleaner, more accessible energy that people depend on, powering growth and prosperity everywhere.
