What to expect on SCDP

What you'll do
Our vast supply chain poses complex problems that need to be solved every day. The three 8-month rotations on this program will prepare you for the challenges this poses. You’ll gain experience of helping to design and produce high tech products and processes that will boost our efficiencies. You’ll also learn how to develop complex logistics networks that connect suppliers with our make centers and ultimately our customers.

You could find yourself on a people leader rotation where you’re managing a team and driving performance and delivery. Other rotations will have more of a technical or planning focus, requiring you to solve problems in the supply chain that are affecting our customer delivery goals. All challenges are inter-disciplinary, giving you the chance to work with big data to solve ambiguous and complicated problems within tight time constraints.

Structured training, on-the-job experience and extensive coaching and mentoring will ensure you’re equipped with the technical, leadership and teamworking skills you need to succeed.
