What you'll need
We’ll take your passion for technology and all things digital as a given. It’s likely your degree may have a computer science, data analytics, IT, or engineering bias, but it could also be STEM related. We look for people who are willing to take risks and lead their teams to do innovative things and have a passion for technology.

To succeed, you’ll also need to be determined to apply your technical know-how to the delivery of solutions with the potential to make a positive impact on people’s lives. You’ll thrive when given a complex issue to solve, yet demonstrate humility and transparency in everything you do.

We’ll be looking for you to show us examples of success in digitally-focused projects. Perhaps you took the lead on an assignment during an internship, or undertook a university project in which you had a hands-on technical development or product management role. You could even show us how you’re incorporating innovative technology into various areas of your personal life.
