The success of our commercial function is critical to our business and an area where every moment truly matters. This intense program is designed to accelerate the development of our future leaders through firsthand experience selling our newest technology and consulting with customers across the United States.

This is a unique program that offers participants the opportunity to interact directly with health systems and healthcare providers across the country. Through the development of industry knowledge, selling skills, account management, and project management capabilities, program members are positioned to act as the face of GE Healthcare.  With these skills, you'll work across functions and business units to help optimize and improve healthcare. This program will expose you to it all - cutting edge technology and the real-world challenges that our customers face.

The program is designed to develop graduates who display three key skills: technical aptitude, an interest in selling, and strong cross functional leadership.  Typically, program members come from a STEM background with an engineering or business focus.  Whatever your background, this program will ensure you’re ready to support our vision to be the leading innovator delivering precision health.

What to expect on CDP

What you'll do
The commercial opportunities to make an impact at GE Healthcare span all business units.  Through direct customer interaction and support of GE sales efforts as well as the completion of project work in commercial operations, marketing, and sales enablement, you part of the next generation of commercial leaders.

Two of the rotations are designed to be spent working side by side with tenured salespeople and our customers to build a true understanding of GE Healthcare’s go-to-market strategy.  Opportunities for interaction with peers across the globe come through project work and collaboration around the commercialization of the company’s newest technology offerings.  

Structured training, on-the-job experience, and extensive coaching and mentoring will ensure you’re equipped with the technical, leadership and collaboration skills you need to succeed.
