The Marketing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) is a rotational development program for those with a passion for healthcare marketing. Our personalized program accelerates participants' professional development with thoughtful & challenging roles, career coaching and mentorship to help launch your career with GE Healthcare.

What to expect on MLDP

During your two-year journey on our program you will gain valuable experience through particaption in impactful marketing campaigns that create measurable outcomes.

Eight-month rotations could include focus areas in:

Product Marketing
Segment Marketing
Digital Marketing
Marketing Analytics & Insights

You will work with a cohort of young professionals as well as gain mentorship and exposure to operations leaders throughout the company.

You will also connect with those participating in other GE Healthcare leadership programs.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in activities through GE Volunteers.

MLDP offers you a variety of opportunities to develop yourself professionally and personally through functional and leadership training.

You will have a rotational program sponsor as well as a marketing mentor to facilitate learning and provide individual guidance and support.
