Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP)

Program Details
  • 2-year program:  3 rotations of 8 months
  • Rotations in core HR domains including HR generalist, employee relations, compensation and benefits, staffing, organizational design, or others
  • 3 global seminars (in-person and virtual)
  • Opportunity for international cooperation, cross business and cross functional visibility
  • Special projects, pilots and senior leadership exposure
  • Global network
  • Crotonville or Regional Leadership Training: Activating your Leadership Journey
  • Active coaching throughout the program
