Our Financial Management Development Program has provided GE HealthCare with a strong pipeline of finance talent for over a century. You can expect full exposure to the workings of GE HealthCare and its modern finance function, as well as training that’ll see you ready to make an instant impact in the moments that matter.

The program will expose you to various areas of the business during a total of four, six-month rotations. Rotations cover multiple finance functions, such as, but not limited to, Supply Chain finance, Financial Planning and Analysis, Controllership and Commercial Finance.  Additionally, certain regions provide cross business and functional (non-finance) opportunities.

You can expect to become skilled in operational finance and the core financial areas of planning, budgeting, forecasting, controllership, cash flow management and financial statements.
