Edison Engineering Development Program (EEDP)
If you love technology and desire a career in Engineering, you can learn more about EEDP and have a personal interview for this program at the Women’s Leadership Summit. Edison Engineers apply engineering fundamentals in the business environment and design, analyze and test the technology and continue to innovate on how the world flies sustainably.
This program accelerates professional and technical development with GE Aviation’s Advanced courses in engineering and a variety of business-critical engineering assignments. Edison graduates have the technical and business foundation to proactively and continually make innovative contributions to our future of flight. Valuable experience is gained across the engineering spectrum, including engineering hardware design, controls, validation testing, advanced materials, power electronics, software and so much more.
EEDP employees work in 7 countries and many more locations. You will join a globally diverse community of early career engineers to complete 3 rotations over 2 years.

FMP is a two-year rotational development program that combines coursework, a variety of job assignments, interaction with GE leaders, and a strong early career community. FMPs build exceptional corporate finance and business skills and go on to leadership positions within the company.
