Military Officer Leadership Program 

GE Aerospace offers world-renowned training and challenging assignments to provide the necessary foundation for officers leaving the military and looking to start their first civilian role. The Military Officer Leadership Program (MOLP) is a unique opportunity to work in three different functions, in eight-month rotations with us. Qualified, exceptional candidates are selected to start their civilian careers in this two-year, cross-functional, rotational training program, which includes both on-the-job and formal classroom training.

This program offers 3 x 8 month rotational assignments in 5 different divisions of the business. Candidates are aligned to divisions based on experience and career interest. Divisions include:

- Commercial Engines and Services
- Defense and Systems
- Supply Chain
- Engineering
- Digital Technologies

Community
A primary objective of this program is helping Veterans transition from a military career to a commercial career.  MOLP is fully integrated into GE Aerospace’s Veteran Network, providing a sense of community and camaraderie from day one that will carry on through your career.
