GE Aerospace Hungarian Site At Veresegyház Eng

GE Aerospave is a world’s leading manufacturer and servicer of jet and turboprop engines, components providing integrated systems for commercial, military, business and general aviation. GE has a global service network and the GE Aerospae site in Veresegyház, Hungary is the only spare parts repair facility in the CEE region to support GE's overhaul factories and airlines serving over 170 global customers. The plant has undergone highly significant development since its establishment 20 years ago and become one of the leading composite repair centers in the GE network today.

Products SupportedOur site has an extended and diverse portfolio: we repair tubes, bolts, fan blades, spinner cones, fan composite components, mechanical system components, we support honeycomb seals and segment repairs.The shop is well equipped with different kind of technologies: GTAW welding, resistance welding, dabber welding, vacuum brazing & heat treatment, torch brazing, thermal spraying, XRAY, FPI inspection, US inspection, CMM dimensional inspection, galvanizing, etc. The site is considered as a Center of Excellence (CoE) of composite fan blades & fan blade platforms and stationary honeycomb ring components. We are developing several next generation technologies.

We are proud of our Volunteering program, our team is continuously working on Volunteering projects such as Earth Day, Donations, Family Programs, Charity projects Blood Donations, Wall painting, Career orientations, Fruit days, Cake Fairs, etc.. Our team is recognized by several awards (Main Awards: 2017, 2014, 2013: Purpose Award Winner in the Lift People Up category for the Europe/Middle East/Africa region, 2014: Top 10 GE Volunteers (GE Aviation Global Award); The Most Creative Project (GE Volunteers Hungary Award), 2013: Top 10 GE Volunteers(GE Aviation Global Award).
