| Essential Responsibilities: | Japan HRLP Program Structure *2-year rotational program offering 3 challenging 8-month assignments *Hands-on HR experience with opportunity for a cross-functional rotation *Leadership, HR and business focused training *Extensive contact with peers and senior business leaders *Expansion of your knowledge base, critical problem-solving skills and professional network *Four global seminars ... 2 in the US and 2 outside the US (Europe/Asia/Latin America etc) *Cross-business projects HRLP Assignments (assignments will mainly be within GE Japan/Asia businesses) Assignments are geared to be flexible with the ability to tailor to specific HRLP development areas while balancing the needs of the business. | Qualifications/Requirements: | *Masters degree in business or a human resources discipline (e.g. industrial & labor relations, industrial & organizational psychology, organizational behavior, etc.) *Minimum 4 years HR related work experience *GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/ 4.0 *Unrestricted authorization to work in Japan (please see below for clarification) *Native fluency in Japanese. Fluent English |
