Solutions business within the Region and optimizes the use of resources to cover market potential.
The Region Sales Manager devises the strategic plan for their Region and is responsible for
leading all LCS account management sales activities within the Region to achieve the Operating Plan.
responsibility for 100% of the LCS business (orders, revenue and margin).
all segments of LCS including Monitoring, Specialty, Periop, DCAR, MIC and Respiratory.

implement an integrated business sales plan for the Region that includes key strategies, sales
