Role Summary/Purpose: This global role will lead the creation of a product segment strategy, and coordinate and manage the execution of the global strategic marketing plan for the Product Segment, identifying opportunities for growth and market share gain.

You will plan, coordinate and manage marketing elements for the global product portfolio, including VOC gathering, global marketing plan, formulating the value proposition and product lifecycle management.
Essential Responsibilities: 1. Lead the Product Strategic planning and participate in annual business planning process in collaboration with strategic teams and business functions.

2. Utilize Gold Standard marketing practices and skills to develop and execute the marketing plan for the Product Segment. Responsibilities include Marketing Blueprint development, i.e. segmentation, targeting and positioning to align messaging, price value mapping, monitor competitors activities and win/loss ratios etc.

3. Ensure NPIs and tactics are aligned with the overall marketing plan and strategy.

4. Identify new business opportunities through leveraging market research and competitive intelligence. Contribute to market forecasts and business case for new business opportunities.
