Essential Responsibilities *Account leadership role responsible for leading the entire GE Energy Services account strategy for a customer or group of customers in all aspects of growth and profitability including growth playbook, integrated account planning, opportunity identification, cash & receivables, and value communication.
*Responsible for developing programs and strategy for ES portfolio that will result in achievement of growth targets/objectives over the S1 period.
*Owner of Net Promoter Score (NPS) for designated customer(s) and responsible for implementing programs to consistently improve NPS over S1 period.
*Strong interface with the marketing/commercialization organization to develop high value solutions and create customer specific NPI which leverages the GE Energy Services portfolio.
*Conduit for solutions, detailed understanding of customer's business model and how GE can continue to deliver added value to the customer.
*Build customer relationships and communication at all levels.
*Matrix with existing functional and P&L teams to achieve growth objectives and resolve customer issues.
*Actively participate in community events with the customer.
*Utilize six sigma tools and methodologies to drive improvements in key processes for the customer.
Qualifications/Requirements *BS Degree in Engineering/Computer Science or other technical field.
*Minimum 10 years of direct sales, account or team leadership experience.
*Experience in business development and/or building growth plans.
*Develop and maintain customer relationships at the CEO/CFO staff level and at least the next two levels down.
*Power Generation and Oil & Gas market focus/experience mandatory.

*Strategic and/or product marketing exposure.
*Customer-centric mindset, able to translate customer issues/needs into profitable business solutions.
*Energy industry understanding and specific expertise.
*In some cases, country specific language required.
*Six Sigma Green Belt certification required (GE employees only).
Desired Characteristics *MBA
*Commercial Experience in Energy Industry.
*Leadership program graduate.
*Six Sigma Black Belt Certified (GE employees only).
*Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
