Role Summary/Purpose The Sales Manager for Global Key Customers is responsible for leading and strategically growing sales for the full scope of GE Drilling and Production products and services to relevant global customers including their units based in the region. In this position, you will:
Essential Responsibilities
* Develop influential relationships with assigned customer at all levels, understand decision making process, and develop strategies to win profitable business from those customers
* Be responsible for preparation, implementation and execution of account plans and project capture plans
* Customer satisfaction evaluation, plan, and follow through on NPS feedback
* Be responsible for sales activities and forecast reporting; support preparation of commercial proposals and execution of negotiations in cooperation with the ITO/OTR organization
* Maintain knowledge of market trends, customer requirements, competitor actions, and customer base
* Work with Marketing to develop new products and services for business growth
* Actively lead and develop team members in their professional development
Qualifications/Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
* Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales, Account Management or Customer Support
