Role Summary/Purpose Answer inbound calls and/or written inquiries from customers, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Monitor Credit notification mailbox and complete adverse action notifications (Reg. B) to end-users. Assist in the monitoring of all fax server queues and assign and distribute all incoming contracts and ancillary comments to the correct Conversion representatives.
Essential Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and/or written inquiries from customers.

* Make use of problem solving/decision making skills to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

* Maintain and improve customer relations through timely and complete customer service.

* Utilize telephone, PC, photocopier, fax machine, and/or calculator.

* Achieve inquiry and/or customer service metrics.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

* Manage the Reg. B process providing timely notifications to customers.

* Monitor Reg. B backlog and report to Team Leader on aging of outstanding notifications.

* Assist as back-up on the fax mailbox identifying document owners and forwarding fax documents.
Qualifications/Requirements Basic Requirements:

* High School Diploma, GED, with 6 months of customer service experience.

* Basic Math Skills.

* Excellent verbal and telephone skills.

* Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.

* Operating knowledge of PC. Windows based environment preferred.
