Role Summary/Purpose Define and own the execution of the regional services growth playbook / session 2 for the modality, focusing on revenue and CM growth, service delivery excellence, and NPI introduction by leveraging the one GEHC region organization, the segment field service teams, the Zone Service Directors, the Product Zone Service leaders and managers, and the EMEA service modality team.
Essential Responsibilities Support Financials across region for the MR MI CT modality. Sustain Services growth in revenue and contribution margin. Identify business opportunities for inorganic growth. Optimize services offering, price setting strategy, value selling and go to market in collaboration with Svc Sales and Regional Service teams. Analyze and understand the competition - ensure delivery is aligned to service sales strategy. Drive product-specific material, labor, and OVC productivity initiatives.

Assess resources needed to fulfill business plans. Continuously enhance domain expertise in the field through professional training and certification programs for FSEs. Assess the effectiveness of service delivery through NPS, benchmarking, and best practice sharing (applied time, time to repair, fix right first time, etc) and address main opportunities.

Own the modality specific Service delivery functions aligned with the regions and EMEA strategy (RSL, OLE, RSE, ML, On line support and depot repair, ...) - lead the actions to drive operational excellence in these areas. Own and drive execution of FMIs, end of product life strategy, CSO, in coordination with Region and Zone Service leadership team. Escalate the needs for the region (Design for serviceability, CSO, FMI, quality). Request support to enhance product reliability, productivity, serviceability, and new service features.

Build long-term relationship with customers; provide leadership and direction in crucial customer interfaces. Strengthen GEHC image with luminaries. Own customer CSO escalations and drive for fast and effective resolution. In conjunction with Region Modality Managers (equipment sales), build a working environment which values teamwork to the overall benefit of customer satisfaction and growth. Support large strategic deals in regions and POS strategy and Distribution strategy (direct/indirect) Support regional one GEHC structural initiatives & projects: IT systems and IT tools deployment (ie Siebel), facilities, works councils,

Maintain an effective Quality System and comply with the requirements of ISO 9001, the Quality Policy and documented processes. Promptly escalate any product quality or integrity issue. Comply with EHS Policies and applicable laws and regulations. Complete all mandatory training. Actively participate in accident & incident investigation. Identify and correct hazards and unsafe conditions.
