Role Summary/Purpose The eHealth Solutions Market Research Leader will be responsible for setting the global health information exchange/eHealth strategy for regional market penetration in developing markets. Work with the local leadership and Commercial teams to define and prioritize market opportunities that advance GEHCs position in the eHealth space and partner with the GM of Product Management in providing meaningful market insights to influence the regional growth roadmap.
Essential Responsibilities Provide market insights and expertise to the regional leadership team to help set GEs eHealth market penetration strategy.
Provide a local view of eHealth market development, comprehensive of market opportunity, government initiatives, competitive intelligence, and clearly laid out recommendations on execution against market prioritization strategy.
Work with the Marketing, Clinical, and Commercial teams to prioritize global market segment requirements, perform gap analysis against the GE Healthcare eHealth and IT portfolio, and define strategic and tactical stops to best position target segments for accelerated growth.
Partner with internal and external market research analysts to gather and synthesize market forward information and package that information into an executable strategy
Deliver training to sales and indirect channels
Provide input to product features and associated pricing
Actively support the local teams in future RPF generation and deal negotiation
Partner with the Commercial, Marketing, Clinical and Regional Executive teams to customize GEHCs eHealth launch strategy into established and emerging markets.
Qualifications/Requirements A minimum of 8 years experience in a Business Development, Marketing, or Market Development in Healthcare technology
Domain knowledge in eHealth or health information connectivity platforms
Bachelors degree in technology, business administration, the financial sector, or in a healthcare related field.
Experience launching software technologies in global markets
Willingness to travel up to 60%
