Essential Responsibilities *Provide the principal customer management interface and GENE leadership for all technical and site deliveries. *Own Transactional NPS for the region. *Responsible for regulatory, legal and procedural compliance related to local Service Deliveries.*Responsible for hiring, training, developing careers, deploying and managing site management, project management, and field engineering service personnel assigned to the region. *Responsible for all field delivery processes as well as support to other businesses for site related issues at Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) and Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR) plants located in the region. *Responsible for GEII site management and operations within the region. *P&L accountability for all Services work performed in the region. *Support Reuter-Stokes on delivery related issues in the region. *Assist the sales team in marketing and business development strategies and activities for regional growth, including emerging markets such as Korea. *Function as the point customer service contact for customers located in the region; facilitate delivery issue resolution, resource deployment, local supplier/resource development and proposal development. *Develop customer relationships and establish him/herself as the primary contact for Reactor Services related to delivery matters. *During peak outage periods, customer interface, onsite support and leadership will be required for successful project completion.
Qualifications/Requirements *A minimum of 5 years of technical nuclear industry experience.
*A minimum of 5 years experience working with Asian customers.
*It is preferred that candidate be located within 50 miles of site.
*Strong communication skill to US HQ in Englosh
Desired Characteristics *Experience in Japan and Taiwan specifically is highly desired.
*BS/BA engineering or technical degree.
*Green Belt or Black Belt certified (GE Employees only).
*Bilingual Japanese or Chinese language skills plus English language proficiency.
*Business leadership experience.
*Financial/business acumen.
*Functional leader experience with direct reports.
*PWR Outage project delivery experience.
*BWR Outage project delivery experience.
*A high degree of analytical skills to lead project delivery.
*Solid communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively interface with customers and technical support teams.
