<tr><td valign=top><b>Essential Responsibilities: </b></td><td><br/>-  Lead EMEA&#8217;s Controllership Simplification initiative.<br/><br/>-  Lead the implementation of GE Enterprise Standards for Stat and Tax across EMEA, including co-ordination with GE Corporate & Global Operations on the implementation of enhanced reporting tools (STIR).<br/><br/>-  Coordinate with GE Capital, EMEA and business finance and compliance teams to drive enhancements to the improper payments risk framework and facilitate the annual certification process.<br/><br/>-  Coordinate with GE Capital and EMEA E-finance and business finance and IT teams to implement changes to the Record-to-Report process in order to comply with additional US regulatory requirements reporting requirements.<br/><br/>-  Engage in other key Controllership projects that may arise (e.g. Investigations).<br/><br/>-  Apply project management standards to ensure deliverables are met, and regularly communicate project status to stakeholders, including EMEA senior leadership.</td></tr>
<tr><td valign=top><b>Qualifications/Requirements: </b></td><td><br/>-  Experienced finance professional with experience managing a team.<br/><br/>-  Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.<br/><br/>-  Financial Management Program (FMP), Corporate Audit Staff (CAS) graduate<br/>or relevant Controllership experience.<br/><br/>-  High level of organization, attention to detail and commitment to meeting deliverables.<br/><br/>-  Knowledge of USGAAP, including accounting for US Federal & local income taxes.<br/><br/>-  Proficiency in IT applications, accounting systems, Excel, and PowerPoint.<br/><br/>-  BS/BA or equivalent, MBA/CPA a plus.<br/><br/>-  Fluency in English.</td></tr>
