Essential Responsibilities:	'- Be the focal point and liaison between the IT team and the functional and business stakeholders in China. - Be well versed in the Industrial Solutions IT strategy and work with functional leaders to drive critical projects and initiatives in the region. - Responsible for the demand management process by understanding the business needs and align IT initiatives accordingly. - Responsible for project management and execution: defining functional and technical specifications, managing vendor resources, drive testing, and conduct end-user training. - Provide visibility to key milestones and deliverables through Program management and tollgate processes. - Be a key contributor in the regional IT team, develop multi-generation plans for tools and processes and align with the regional business initiatives and growth strategy. - IT representative for simplification projects in China. Support the business functions in leaning processes and reducing waste. Utilize Lean and Six Sigma concepts to identify opportunities. - Leverage regional, global and partner resources to deliver according commitment.
Qualifications/Requirements:	'- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Business Management. - 3-5 years’ experience as an IT project leader, with a demonstrated ability to lead medium to large IT projects enabling OTR or ITO processes. - Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management. Preferably as part of an IT demand management process. - Expertise in Oracle databases, Web Programming or Oracle ERP systems. - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills - Experience with vendor management
