<tr><td valign=top><b>Essential Responsibilities: </b></td><td>In addition, you will:<p><li>Lead Plant Control & Balance of Plant Controls Engineering for power plant projects (mainly combined cycle), including purchase specification, engineering, testing, commissioning support (remote and on site) for Instrumentation and Control Equipment (DCS, CEMS, Control Valves, Vibration Monitoring System)<br/><li>Support the management of project schedules, budgets, teams, and equipment suppliers for Instrumentation and Controls<br/><li>Lead individual initiatives within the Aero PPE Engineering group focusing on process improvement, cost reduction, quality, technological advancement, and New Product Introduction (NPI)<br/><li>Support proposal and program activity to develop controls proposals / solutions and estimates as needed</td></tr>

The Thermal projects finance team includes many different functions, including FP&A, project finance management, customer billing and collections and ITO support.</td></tr>
<tr><td valign=top><b>Essential Responsibilities: </b></td><td>The person selected will work with Finance and Operational teams in 2013 to first transition the $400MM+ TDI (Technical Direction & Installation) business from PGS into the Thermal projects team.  Beginning January 1, 2014, TDI will then become a significant part of the Thermal business and will require this person to develop TDI-specific annual operating budgets and quarterly estimates.  This role will also provide support to the Thermal projects operations team with analysis of the TDI Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Funds Flow.  Because each of these activities will require substantial interaction with people in the PGS global regions, interpersonal skills and relationship building will be critical requirements for this person to possess. This person will also be a part of other significant ongoing business initiatives such as the Thermal ERP implementation, One Thermal, and business simplification. In addition, in this role you will:<p><li>Establish processes and routines to transition a services business into the Thermal business<br/><li>Establish project-level annual Operating Plan for a $400MM business, and quarterly updates to that budget<br/><li>Interface with global region leaders to obtain financial data, which will serve as a baseline for business estimates<br/><li>Serve as financial manager for backlog of services contracts<br/><li>Support Thermal Project Management operations team</td></tr>
