Lead, train and develop team to “caring delivery”; teach them to use warm, friendly and customer-oriented terminology.

- Support Six Sigma Quality initiatives to deliver process improvements across the business.

- Research and resolve portfolio issues on accounts assigned evaluating and escalating to appropriate internal and external contacts.

- Ensure that daily transactions are posted properly and reconciliations are prepared timely and accurately at month-end for business unit assigned

- Attain all SOX, CAS and External Auditors requirements during business unit audits being able to explain and resolve any major point

- Maintain knowledge of local and international banking and fiscal regulations and laws Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with 3 + years or High School degree with 5 + years’ experience in reporting, analytics, operations, finance, engineering, or statistics.

- 2+ years’ experience in leasing or financial services industry.

- 3+ years demonstrated proficiency with Business Objects, SQL, or other analytical software.

- 3+ years demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Desired Characteristics:
- PMS & TF system experience (internal candidates)
- Bilingual – Spanish, English
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and mathematical skills.
