Role Summary/Purpose:	The Accountant - Accounts Payable provides direction and assistance to work group in order to meet assigned objectives. In this role you will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
Essential Responsibilities:	Day-to-day payment vouchers, Account Payable recording, assign proper account code, project code and all tax related. Booking AP transactions to the Oracle system Review and handle employee expense report (CONCUR T&L system) Prepare monthly account payable closing and do the AP closing in line with Business’s closing schedule. Prepare, calculate and filling tax form for both Value Added Tax and Withholding Tax, ensure all filing will be submitted on time. Timely prepare monthly reconciliation Assist any other administration support as required Handle local taxes related to AP and AR transactions Provide periodic reporting and maintenance of financial records and accounts for assigned areas Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and principles Review assigned transactions for appropriateness and record into Company books and records Forward transactions that are non-compliant with recommended accounting change Maintain other supplementary reports/records that are required Perform account reconciliations Issue prompt and accurate reports of account balances
Qualifications/Requirements:	Minimum 2 - 3 years of related working experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance Have knowledge in local tax requirements Good English Communication Skills both spoken and written

Role Summary/Purpose:	Responsible for Thailand value-added tax (VAT) and withholding tax (WHT) process execution. Ensure the processes comply with GE Enterprise Standards and Thailand’s statutory and tax requirements. Able to work effectively with remotely-located team, seek to drive process improvement and automation, for a long-term and structured growth.
