<tr><td valign=top><b>Essential Responsibilities: </b></td><td><ul><li>Review sales enquiries from IS, OTR & sales teams<br/><li>Ensure bid / proposal tracking and risk tool processes are instigated and maintained<br/><li>Work with Sourcing, Engineering, OTR and manufacturing teams to determine new routes for executing repair and upgrade capability both in local and international vendors as well as Services Repair shops<br/><li>Manage an effective document control system ensuring material relating to the customer enquiry is properly registered, circulated, controlled and easily accessible to the commercial team<br/><li>Schedule, participate and where appropriate lead kick-off meetings and commercial risk reviews where required (R0/R1/R2/RRC)<br/><li>Distribute documents as appropriate and co-ordinate responses within agreed schedule<br/><li>Issue clarifications to customers and distribute responses<br/><li>Build cost models to cover all elements of service for each proposal<br/><li>Ensure effective communication throughout proposal team and that the commercial manager is aware of any clarifications, qualifications and exceptions<br/><li>Assist with pricing strategy working with Pricing Leader and Sales<br/><li>Compile & issue proposals<br/><li>Provide support to sales and where necessary participate in negotiations<br/><li>Perform contract review and issue customer order acknowledgement<br/><li>When applicable, ensure service contracts are recorded in the Commercial Contracts Database<br/><li>Record, manage & maintain quotation activity within the Salesforce tool<br/><li>Prepare and conduct PO handover from ITO to OTR<br/><li>Provide accurate and timely reporting as required by customer and commercial team<br/><li>Perform other duties as required to support commercial & operations teams in Global Services.</ul></li></td></tr>
<tr><td valign=top><b>Qualifications/Requirements: </b></td><td><ul><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or relevant business experience<br/><li>Experience in a similar role in the upstream services segment of the Oil & Gas industry<br/><l>Familiarity with commercial models on rental tools, including cost models and pricing strategies<br/><li>Knowledge of VetcoGray&#8217;s product range<br/><li>Basic understanding of manufacturing systems and active site operations<br/><li>Strong communicator, able to successfully manage multiple priorities for demanding internal and external stakeholders<br/><li>Excellent computing skills, particularly Microsoft Office, with As400 knowledge an advantage.</ul></li></td></tr>
