1. Stored by Job2Web on a server in the U.S., and be used strictly in compliance with GE (http://www.ge.com/careers/privacy/index.html) and Jobs2Web's (http://www.successfactors.com/content/dam/successfactors/en_us/docs/successfactors-safe-harbor-privacy-policy.pdf) data protection guidelines.
2. Transferred to and stored by Avature (www.avaturecrm.net) on a server in the U.S. and be used strictly for the purpose described above and in compliance with GE's Candidate Data Protection Standards.
