Role Summary: This Regional Channel Sales Manager for ES Water will be responsible to continue to develop and execute the channel growth strategy & initiatives throughout Latin America, setting plans and reviewing performance for all product lines across the region.
This Senior Channel Sales Manager demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will utilize your experience and expertise to solve customer problems, integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long-term planning and contribute to the overall business strategy.
Within the LatAm area you will be responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects. You will lead the development of business plans for a specific product or product line.
Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably Engineering degree
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Sales Origination
• Channel Mgmt experience in related industry
• In-depth knowledge of the water industry and its applicable technologies and markets
• Fluency in English and Spanish a must
