Role Summary: The Program Manager within the Measurement & Sensing organization will be responsible for the successful execution of projects and/or programs of significant business impact to ensure the financial and customer requirements are met.
Essential Responsibilities: In the role of Project Manager, you will:
Work with Product Management to clearly establish and communicate business goals and customer requirements
Complete detailed planning and create deterministic project schedules across all functions
Demonstrate strong PM rigor and drive project activities to ensure on-schedule and on-cost delivery
Assess and proactively manage risks, resources, project budgets and product cost
Present real-time project updates to stakeholders, management, team members and customer
Identify high impact areas for continuous improvement through project lessons learned
Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) from an accredited college or university
Minimum 5 years of experience leading technical projects comprised of multi-disciplined engineering teams
Demonstrated Program Management capabilities and experience with Microsoft Project software or equivalent
Track record of managing full cross-functional team with a culture of accountability by all team members
Experienced in driving recovery plans on programs when unexpected issues arose
Self-Starter with high energy level and positive attitude
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead and influence others without alienation, in a geo-dispersed matrix organization
Strong problem-solving skills
Solid business and financial acumen
Able to work well under pressure
