Role Summary: As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will work to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management. You will manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once.

Be responsible for Program process Optimization o Campaign Operations – work with field marketing, communications & external vendors on design, build & execution, personas & customer buyers journey o Campaign audit o Segmentation o Lead Management Operations o Lead Scoring/Nurturing o Lead Life Cycle o Lead Conversion o Acceptance criteria o Content operations o Asset utilization o Opportunity management
Be responsible for Project Management o Budget tracking o Purchase order tracking o Entry of campaign costs into SFDC & Marketo
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Marketing role
Experience working in Salesforce CRM
Knowledge of marketing operations best practices
General knowledge of the Oil & Gas, Power Generation
High energy – ability to overcome organizational inertia and motivate others
Results focused – drives projects and initiatives to completion
