Role Summary: Supports development of test for new products. Individual is involved in many facets of qualifications, including verification and validation, environmental testing.
In this role, you will:
Own medium-sized quality engineering tasks; and delivers while mentoring and helping team members
Make technology choices at individual level and has ability to analyze impact
Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques
Integrate project testing with continuous-integration process
Work with fellow team members to diagnose bugs and formulate solutions
Provide expertise in the quality engineering, test planning and testing methodology for a software project
Develop and executes maintainable automation tests for acceptance, functional, and regression test cases
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in related occupation OR Master’s degree with 3 years of experience in related occupation

Must be willing to work out of an office located in downtown Seattle, WA.
2 years experience with automated testing tools and/or frameworks such as UFT or Selenium
2 years experience reading and interpreting code such as .Net, Java, C#, or Python
3 years experience writing reports and procedures and presenting information and responding to questions from peers, developers and managers
3 years experience with test procedures, acceptance criteria and requirements
3 years experience working in an Agile software environment
3 years experience in a global and/or virtual team.
