Role Summary: Responsible for a cost center a profit center; product, project or service. Managers of people from multiple families within the function. Seasoned, senior level individual contributors and managers requiring in-depth understanding of their business or function and how their role integrates with others within their discipline. Role requires good understanding of clients, industry, function and commercial markets.
Essential Responsibilities: The senior Financial Analyst demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role, you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy. o Lead in development of comprehensive business / financial forecasts, reports, and analysis in support of assigned organization or work area. o Perform special analysis of major issues as required and recommend solutions to complex business issues. o Determine business issues that require special analysis and perform that analysis o Assist assigned area in meeting all financial commitments and goals o Evaluate processes and identify improvements o Provide effective leadership as required, and act as CFO for this program. o Provide expertise in specific area of financial analysis.
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Finance - Functional Management.
