Role Summary: The CPE (Cella Produttiva Esterna) Production Control Specialist is responsible to Interface with the housings and gears shop on all incoming CPE hardware. Plan and execute all overlaps through full production rate. Manage shop CPE WIP to ensure assembly coverage, aged WIP burn down, adjust make/buy ratios, accurate launches.
Lead time reduction of in managing closure VTs.
Standardized inspection reports and cross correlations for supplier FAIs for ACQ parts (gears and housings).
Established an preliminary review after FAIs (form 3) inspection.
Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work in a matrix organization.
English and Italian fluent.
EU work permit.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and contribute to team projects.
