Role Summary:
GE Healthcare has recently launched Cell Therapy Enterprise Solutions to address the gap between approvals and manufacturing in this space. In doing so, we build upon the successful adoption of GEHC services in developing incremental global capacity in the monoclonal antibody and vaccines space. The Solution Architect will lead and drive the design and delivery of GEHC Cell Therapy Enterprise Solutions offerings. By expertly navigating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

Essential Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain deep partnership with GEHC’s Cell Therapy customers and partners to facilitate their path to commercialization through Enterprise Services. Understand and refine their challenges and desired outcomes to position GE and the GE product offering as enabling, effective solutions to their needs.
• Through extensive consultation and with a broad organizational view the SA will orchestrate the solutions design process; building from across the array of products, services, and solutions both within the business and where appropriate, through the identification and partnership with third parties, ensuring the resilience, quality and performance of the offerings from a lifecycle perspective.
• Acts a key customer Account Manager during through design, delivery, launch and customer acceptance of Enterprise Projects; ensure organizational capabilities and resources are available and optimized throughout the process.
• Conducts solution risk analysis and drives coordination with internal and 3rd parties to mitigate risks, both to GEHC and to the customer.
• Develops and delivers appropriate integration and automation solutions to provide appropriate and efficient solutions
• Acts as consultant/advisor to sales teams as needed through the documentation and tender process.
• Accountable of the maintenance and development of GE margin & cashflow.
• Partners with GEHC service teams to ensure the designed solution is serviceable in a cost-effective way while meeting SLAs
• Conduct regular vendor assessments to ensure Solution reliability.
• Understand the future investments the customer will make and communicate new product requirements back to the product management team.

Qualifications/Requirements:

5. Maintain adequate organizational structures and adequate resources of sufficiently trained personnel. Ensure qualified personnel relative to assigned responsibilities. Ensure appropriate responsibility, independence and authority of all personnel who manage, perform and assess work affecting quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related discipline with preference for a post graduate degree.
• Minimum 5 years Life Sciences or Pharma Industry experience that demonstrates deep understanding of the customer environment. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Solution Design in a highly technical/automated/digital environment.
• Software implementation background – delivered large technology projects
• Excellent client relationships and management experience at the senior customer level.
