Role Summary:
Define business & operations model, and organization considerations to build and deliver an integrated Cell Therapy Digital product LifeCycle strategy and recommend investment/discontinuation of related product ranges and applications. Manage all aspects of the product(s) life cycle starting with the detailed planning phase until the product is terminated, including pricing, marketing and supply chain related recommendation.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Launch 2-3 new analytics MVPs to global luminary customers within a 12-month period.
• Prepare and implement product launch plans, coordinating with commercial stakeholders to define go-to-market strategy. Provide regular sales and profitability forecasts.
• Provide input and prioritization to R&D on Digital requirements for research & development projects
• Responsible for delivering Digital products for Cell Therapy – develop the roadmap & specifications for the NPI and Commercialization plan for our suite of analytics applications using Fast Works.
• Coordinate, align and deliver multiple internal & external digital inputs to develop an efficient & commercially valuable customer experience.
• Partner to understand the customer environment, workflows & identify the problems and opportunities that analytics can solve.
• Using global market and competitor intelligence develop value propositions for a wide variety of customers.
• Lead cross-functional teams and build a strong link into GE Digital, Healthcare Digital, GRC and Life Sciences Digital teams. Manage to budget.
• Propose Cell Therapy Digital forward investment rate.
• Operationalize GE Digital's platform for Cell Therapy apps deployment and big data/analytics research.
• Interface with Industry and customer digital influencers to move the Cell Therapy Research business into becoming a true digital industrial.
• Participate in and contribute to digital industrial forums in Life Sciences space (i.e. BPI, NAMUR, ISPE, etc.)
• Build and prioritize the analytics solution funnel, and define our organic development vs partnership strategy.
• Perform a competitor analysis to understand the market landscape and ECO system already exciting with our customers

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, healthcare or related field
2. Excellent oral and written communications skills
3. Strong analytical and process skills
4. Strong project management skills

Desired Characteristics:
• 8+ years’ experience in product management, product development including Digital and Cell Therapy experience.
• Ability to influence at executive levels internally and externally, and to master a highly matrixed environment
• Strong and energizing growth leader, experience from leading global organizations/teams
• Experience in business development/M and A and ability to identify partnerships, collaborations and alternate business models to deliver on strategy.
• Demonstrated commercial judgment to develop new business models
• Strong networking skills with the ability work in a cross functional environment
