    Role Summary:
    • You will be project responsible on site and deliver turn-key greenfield or brownfield plants and capacity to the LM Production Organization.

      Essential Responsibilities:
        Leadership responsibility:
      • Lead the projects according the NC Handbook organization guidelines.
      • Create a good team spirit in the project team.
      • Motivate the team during the project.
        Project progress responsibility:
      • Ensure that the project schedule will be executed.
      • Initiate corrective actions if deviations occur.
      • Report the progress according the Handbook
        Project quality responsibility
      • Have project meetings with design institutes to ensure design quality.
      • Ensure all necessary permits will be requested and approved.
      • Execute a design review and release workshop and report the result.
      • Be on site during construction and check quality on a daily base.
      • Initiate corrective actions when necessary
        Project Budget responsibility:
      • In the beginning of the project participate, with Director Projects NC, in setting the project budget according the busyness case.
      • Ensure that the project will stay in budget.
      • Initiate corrective actions if deviations occur.
      • Report the deviations


      Qualifications/Requirements:
      • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Strong experience in Industrial Project.
        Project Management, Business Understanding, English language oral and written, Leadership skills.

        Desired Characteristics:
        • Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
