Role Summary:
OLE, Online Engineer, is the role of supporting customers and Field engineers in solutions and part order remotely for medical equipment and handle prediction information and device alarm with the digital, AI, Network technic. With advanced digital service, deliver good customer service and best customer experience, create better company productivity.

Essential Responsibilities:
1) Take the customer call, remotely log on customer equipment for diagnosis, troubleshooting;
2) Support FE with solution;
3) Handle the alert information for predictive service.

1) Electrical(electrical-mechanical), computer bachelor degree and CET 4;
2) Electrical basic;
3) Skillful at network and computer;
4) Medical background with service experience;
5) Experience and Senior Field Engineer is prior;
6) Project management experience is prior;
7) Open for PB/ LPB application;
8) Beijing or Chengdu are preferred working location.

Locations: China; BeiJing, SiChuan; Beijing, Chengdu
