Candidate will be the coordinator of S&OP processes and drive strategic activities in the fulfillment process. Will consolidate & analyze sales forecast data and express it in terms of production expectations by product line. Will also use forecasting processes to model short and long-term production requirements to ensure proper capacity is available.
Inventory and operating plan projection for FG - Synthesize commercial and customer-level forecasts into executable production plans
Create and deploy global finished goods inventory plan
Drive PSI (Production, Service and Inventory) process
Own distributor inventory re-balancing process
Lead excess and obsolete material reduction process
Develop metrics and processes to drive execution
Lead projects to improve ERP/MRP systems
Provide leadership to Materials Analysts and Master Planners
BS Engineering Degree / International Commerce
Oracle ERP, MRP proficiency
High sense of urgency and customer focus
Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
Experience in forecasting and inventory management
Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Change agent with energy, passion and enthusiasm to drive improvements
Exceptional analytical, problem solving & root-cause analysis skills
Self-motivated with proven track record of executing strategy
