Role Summary: Providing the formal technical and application support during the sales process within assigned geographic region in Diagnostic and Apply market( Include Environment industry, Semi-conductor industry, Food and beverage etc.).
Essential Responsibilities: • Regularly Communicate with KOLs, sales team, distributors for creative solutions ideas • Make application projects proposal including project cost, output, risk and milestones. The proposals should be submitted to management team for review and approval. • Planning the approved projects detail actions, fulfill the projects on schedule with valuable output such as sales PPT, application notes, training textbooks etc. • Deliver the application solutions training to field teams, 800 hotline team, distributors and the customers. • Provide technical and application support during sales process by demonstrating full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed • Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software, application and/or equipment use, to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships • Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion as well as customer training • Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies • Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs • Provide the required pre-sale product demonstrations (or application/design-in support) as well as post-sale training and/or customer service activities to support sales objectives. • Ongoing post-sale customer support including on site and call center 2nd level support.

1. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines 2. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required 3. Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy is broken 4. Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.
Qualifications/Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years technical experience with demonstrated technical skill in diagnostic or environment industry 2. Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products 3. Willingness to travel extensively nationwide for seminar, conference and internal meetings 4. Ability to communicate effectively 5. Fluent oral English skills to communicate with global team
Desired Characteristics: 1. Bachelor degree or above (or equivalent working experiences) in diagnostic or environment industry is preferred. 2. Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired) 3. Demonstrated ability to understand and present complex material in understandable terms 4. Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills (ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to external customers, global counterparts and to team members in other functional organizations) 5. Solid problem solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers) 6. Proven professional business acumen (experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process) 7. Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve 8. Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset 9. Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time 10. Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments
