Role Summary: The position holder is part of the project controls team and responsible for establishing delivery/installation/commissioning schedules on larger scaled projects and to provide accurate and comprehensive site Planning and Schedule reporting to the Project management Team. Assure all site Planning is in accordance with Sector and Business Guidelines.
Set up and manage individual overall project schedules (civil, electrical and mechanical) using MS Project 2016, Primavera P6 and other Project scheduling tools.
Able to resource man load and provide required manpower graphs and reports.
Merge, import and export individual projects into a master schedule.
Provide updates on remaining work and perform schedule impact analysis for change orders.
Provide the project manager with monthly project updates and projections.
Run slipping task reports for the Project Managers
Provide schedule comparison when a new schedule comes out for the PM to analyze and coordinate with both internal customers and external customers.
Maintain a master all work schedule with all resources accounted for in the schedule.
Provide and maintain monthly presentations and executive reports.
Maintain an executive monthly report (All Jobs).
Visit sites to acquire real time data and/or present the schedules with project manager. Travelling required.
Engineering degree technical college (mechanical or electrical), logistic education
Experience in energy generation business and/or power plants
Experience in developing overall project schedules
MS project, Primavera P6 and project online are beneficial
English, German fluency (written + spoken)
Ability to develop good client relationship
Ability to understand complex dependencies of tasks
A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)
