Role Summary: Responsible for managing the work deliverables of the platform/product/solution.
Essential Responsibilities: • Manages 1-2 agile teams (max approx. 15-18 directs); dotted line help as well. • Leader within his/her own product. This role is distinguished by the size of product line and complexity of influence and impact required to perform the role. • Direct reports consist of individual contributors and contractors; does not manage people managers. • Leadership is demonstrated through team leadership and knowledge in a specific technical area. • Begins to demonstrate deeper expertise in engineering methodologies/tools and drive best practices. • Demonstrates an ability to communicate the technical knowledge through project management and contributions to product strategy. • Provides coaching, feedback, developmental opportunities, etc. to directs.
Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) • A minimum of 14+ years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within a product OR Master’s degree with 12+ years of experience

Prior exposure in load testing tools Experience in security scan tools, web services based API testing, accessibility testing using JAWS, Knowledge on Web application security
Skilled in using any one Relational and NoSQL database platforms
