Works with the required expertise and care in line with the relevant rules, policies and instructions given by the direct manager or substitute.
Completely executes the tasks given by the direct manager
On-going self-development, participation in the additional courses, training.
Coordinate Core & LED EMEA Customer Quality-team (PSO team), assign and monitor daily tasks of team members, give their yearly priorities
Represent the Core & LED EMEA Customer Quality-team on cross-functional forums and customer meetings
Resolve customer field issues on all, affected product lines
Operate the Customer Quality claim management (PSO) process
Root cause analysis of defective light sources
Initiate Corrective Action Requests (CARs) in related (Gensuite) system, tracking of CARs until resolution
Manage PSO database, data handling in SFDC, Smartsheet, GenSuite systems
Create PSO reports
Co-operation with CRC, Sales, Product Management, Quality, Technology, Finance and Supply Chain teams
Resolve/remediate customer issues at customer’s site
Monitor customer complaints, analyze their trends and propose long term corrective actions
Establish continuous connection with key customers, especially for LED-fixture business
Visit key customers and potential installations on regular basis, working closely with Sales, proactively to minimize risk of product quality complaints and overall to support LED-fixture growth
Manage customer complaints of Sourced products by working with both customer and affected supplier, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions at supplier of sourced product
Generate monthly PSO (customer quality complaint) cost reports from Smartsheet and submit to Finance
Works in line with the GE Spirit & Letter guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other Science studies and /or equivalent experience
Need to have experience in related technical or applications area
Ability to drive engagement across cross-functional teams
Have business acumen
Ability to perform in a team environment
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Hungarian language is a must
Fluency in English
Fluency in other EMEA languages is a plus
Project management skills
Salesforce and Smartsheet system knowledge is an advantage
Determined, precise, flexible
Ability to work independently
Experience in leading and coaching team
Willingness to travel
Six Sigma Green Belt certificate is an advantage
