Responsible of consolidating, analyzing and presenting the metrics for the least complex business/system/process/program. Ensure that the use of the data analysis generates a positive impact on the operation.
Volume analysis and reporting
Data consolidation for weekly and monthly metrics dashboards and scorecards
Gather and consolidate variances and trend explanations for the businesses quarterly operational reviews
Analyze and report variances in the operational cost and headcount
Design and support in developing PPT presentations by business or segment as required
Lead the BPO Audit consolidation and reporting for follow up
Track the account reconciliation process for the area
Support GE and GE corporate initiatives
Develop and lead simplification projects across the entire enterprise standard
Develop applications on data analytics software
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other business related field OR high school diploma with significant experience in accounting, finance, or data analytics
Some relevant work experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Advanced analytic and problem solving skills
Strong Organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to meet commitments within strict deadlines
