Role Summary: The Commercial department is one of the fastest growing function within Global Operations organization that has been employing over 150 commercial professionals. We focus on deliver high value for our customers and internal business partners. In the CSS organization the Inside Sales team adapts to maintain excellent relationship with external customers, supports GE Businesses with sales and sales support activities, gathering market data, generate and handle customer interest.
Build and maintain trustful, long-term relationships with customers
Proactively identify customer needs and provide best fitting solution
Handle customers’ requests, provide expert advice and guiding customer to a qualified purchasing decision
Take ownership on sales targets and revenue growth
Manage value-driven negotiations via phone
Execute demand generation, inbound and full sales cycle activities
Precisely handle sales related activities in CRM tool (Salesforce.com)
Develop expertise in industries within GE you are dedicated to (Healthcare, Digital, Energy Connections, Oil&Gas, Power)
Close to native English both in written and verbal
Be an intelligent listener: first ask questions and listen carefully to the answers
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
Be an intelligent fighter: never take NO as an answer
Ability to energize; develop and build rapport in matrix organization
College or University degree
