Role Summary: Process and quality improvement roles. Requires mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge. Requires developed and strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant technologies. The CSA shop cost leader is responsible for minimizing cost per shop visit and reducing cost actualization pressure across the CSA portfolio within a shop. This role will partner across operational, engineering, and commercial functions to drive cost reduction strategies and metrics.
