Role Summary:
Process and quality improvement roles. Requires mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge. Requires developed and strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant technologies. The CSA shop cost leader is responsible for minimizing cost per shop visit and reducing cost
actualization pressure across the CSA portfolio within a shop. This role will partner across operational, engineering, and commercial functions to drive cost reduction strategies and metrics.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Leads measurement standardization and systemic change management
  • Leads cost analysis
  • Leads productivity project identification
  • Leads project pipeline and valuation
  • Leads Action Work Out, Lean events, Digital Demo Days
  • Leads project implementation
  • Establishes control plans
  • Pulses projects for CSA benefit
  • Validates results / pulse audits
  • Leads policy 606 process improvements

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with significant experience in Manufacturing) or equivalent knowledge and experience.
    • Some experience as a Black Belt.
