Role Summary: As a member of the Digital Service Technology team, the Sr. Technical Product Manager will provide technical leadership & strategic direction for Digital Thread products utilizing experience, knowledge, & skills gained from years of delivering complex technical projects. Leverage influencing & communication skills to effectively partner with region Install Base (IB) Management, GE Digital and other Technology teams to take ownership and accountability of IB platforms requirements and delivery.
Make strategic decisions considering business priorities and technology roadmap.
Work with horizontal teams to build consensus on the applications used for IB creation and management.
Strong technical product management, influencing and communication skills with multiple stakeholders are required.
Use business and technology feedback to produce IB lifecycle strategies for Services Digital Thread products.
Strong digital technology platform knowledge in CRM, APM, IB Lifecycle, etc.
Responsible for requirements gathering from all regions, helping architects and developers understand the requirements.
Strong knowledge of GE Healthcare’s enterprise platforms and processes.
Understanding of service processes like Install, Maintenance, Repair and De-Install.
Experience in handling large clients’ requirements and wing to wing solution delivery
Understanding of Product structure, IB Lifecycle (including GIB and PQW) and Service BOM
Remain current with GE Digital platform updates, new technologies and best practices with the industry
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering with a minimum of 9+ years of experience in developing business applications and technologies to digitize business processes
5+ years of service domain development experience, with a basic knowledge on Database and Web Technology
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. GE may agree to sponsor an individual for an employment visa now or in the future if there is a shortage of individuals with particular skills.

Must be willing to travel 10%.
Must be willing to work out of an office located in Waukesha, WI and Van Buren Township, MI.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated initiative to stay abreast of technology advancements
Experience in developing/managing requirements for at least 2 full projects
Strong knowledge of GEHC’s IB creation and maintenance process and systems involved like CRM, GIB and PQW
Data Migration and experience with ETL is a plus
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
