Role Summary: The leader will seek to meet the FP&A, Accounting, Treasury and Business requirements while driving optimization between these areas. The digitization Manager role will also drive better & more consistent use of master data and the chart of accounts to drive productivity across the function.
Essential Responsibilities: •Lead the development of solutions across Global Ops Finance Horizontals leveraging the CoA that work across the General Ledger
•Drive development & implementation of process simplification and digitization for across core financial processes, with the aim of creating touchless processes and seamless digital reporting & analysis
•Partner with data leader to drive functional outcomes using Finance Data Lake products (Navigator, Cockpit, Acct Recs, DAAS, FinTips, LoGo) as it pertains to a specific financial cycle
•Drive cohesive approach to finance master data – (Company code, cost center etc.)… Work to drive improved usage and ownership of chart of accounts to drive productivity & analytics for the function
•Work with GE business finance teams to disrupt & reimagine complex areas of work
Qualifications/Requirements: •Bachelor’s Degree
•Very strong experience in finance & digital technology
•Experience in digital technology programs – preferably aligned to chart of accounts implementations etc.
•Finance experience in a business – preferably industrial
