Role Summary: The role of the Global Customer Fulfillment Leader is to lead a team of spare parts fulfilment specialists and drive parts fulfilment execution. He / She has to ensure that parts fulfillment operations are fully met and delivered to our customers on time and to GE standards ensuring that safety standards compliance and culture are not compromised. The Customer Fulfillment Leader shall demonstrate clear leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for the team.
In this role he / she shall utilize his experience and expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for him /her and others, and have the ability to affect short-term and some long-term business goals.
Monitor and drive engagement within the team to meet deliverables measured against goals
Ensure operational excellence in the areas of integrity, controllership and compliance
Own parts fulfilment targets, maintain, enhance and improve parts fulfillment metrics
Conduct and chair operational meetings driving rhythm
Act as primary point of contact for customers, GE personnel for ITO/OTR issues relating to parts fulfillment
Hires, train, supervises and evaluates an effective workforce and delegates / monitors parts fulfillment activities for efficient operations
Aim to maximize potential, increasing efficiency and cost reduction, while still maintaining on-time delivery and quality output
Translate customer needs / requirements into detailed project plans while driving internal execution to meet project targets
Drive the team to participate and support key business Simplification initiatives and system enhancements
Must have customer centric attitude, strive for effortless, consistent and personalized interactions with customers
Communicate with Sourcing, Warehouse and Logistics teams and obtain commitments with regard to short cycle demands and customer escalations
Drive change across the board, facilitating process improvement projects in the team
Provide support for order conversion, sales execution and lead revenue-recognition process for the regions in scope
Liaise and work with cross-functional department heads, ensuring we complete parts fulfillment to the GE quality standards
Establishes and sustains a culture that promotes a safe and positive work environment

Degree from an accredited university in Economics, International Trade & Logistics or Engineering and /or equivalent experience
Some experience in Customer Service/Sourcing/Logistics
Advanced command of English and German languages
Fluent in Hungarian
Proficient in ERP (Oracle) & Microsoft Office
Strong management and leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills with a strong customer focus
Strong oral, written and telephonic communications skills both in English and Hungarian
Capable of designing, selling and implementing solutions, process improvements
Pro-active approach to problem solving
Ability to work with multiple & competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to drive process improvements and solve complex problems
Strong customer service orientation, demonstrated track record
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
