Role Summary: In this role you will be supporting the Country HR Manager for Healthcare Switzerland and all HR Business partners with client groups in Switzerland. You will assist in executing key HR initiatives and provide internal employee support. You will help driving HR Excellence and functional process improvement. The role reports to the Country HR Manager Healthcare Switzerland.
Support the Country HR Manager and HR Business Partners in all relevant HR topics in line with our “OneHR” model. You will liaise effectively with all HR Centers of Excellence (e.g. HR Services, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Company Cars)
Proactively manage HR systems in order to maintain integrity of employee and organizational data; maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care
Assist with other HR projects or initiatives, i.e. implementation of T&A system, benefits harmonization, etc.
Conduct HR training and support l for HR processes such as performance management
Serve as first point of contact for employee questions on all HR systems, topics and issues
Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application of tools and processes
Manage key HR processes including compensation planning, recruiting, training
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or similar field
Fluent in German, English and French, both in oral and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Strong interpersonal skills; able to exchange information and ideas effectively in a concise and logical way
First work experiences in HR or administration
Approachable and able to connect with employees at all levels
Ability to work independently and autonomously
Capable of dealing with multiple priorities
Strong internal and external customer service focus, with a desire to assist others
