Role Summary:

 

Responsible for interacting with Customers, setting up jobs, tools required, troubleshooting. Developing and managing MWD field employees.

 

Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Maintaining the customer base, including existing customers, and acquisitions of new customers.
  • Coaching MWD field employees.
  • Setting up and managing day to day operations. 
  • Troubleshooting field operations.

Qualifications/Requirements: 

 

  • High School or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years’ experience in MWD, LWD, and RSS.
  • Extensive MWD and LWD knowledge.
  • Intermediate to advanced computers skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook; SAP Preferred.

Desired Characteristics: 

 

  • Thorough understanding of customer requirements.
  • Knowledge of Conventional assembles and RSS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of operations, ability to build strong relationships.
